Neatbeat Salon Tour

Our Guest Happiness Team Member, Kyra takes us on a tour of Neatbeat Salon ( Aka The Palace ).

When you walk into the salon, you first step into our Free Your Mind Space. This space holds all of our in-house training, education and all of our philanthropic events. It is an extra space to use as we need it. It is one of our favorite rooms in the Palace.

Next, the Turntable. We are a musical themed salon here at Neatbeat and we have fun names for every space. The Turntable is the color side of the salon. If you are getting color on your visit you will start here.

The most relaxing part of the Neatbeat experience by far.

The next stop on our tour is our favorite part of the salon. The Love Shack is everyone’s favorite place by far. The Love Shack is our shampoo area. We also do all of our facial waxing and hair mask treatments here. You will really get loved by your artist right here. You will get shampooed, enjoy a nice warm eye pillow and get a hand and wrist massage. You will definitely get loved on right here.

We just like to give you a luxury celebrity experience at Neatbeat! 

Lastly, the Main Stage is where anything that isn’t color is happening. Any cutting and styling will happen on the Main Stage. We are a partner salon, so don’t be surprised if you have two stylists working on you at once. Partnering up is normal here.

At the front of the salon, you will always get to meet our guest happiness team at the front desk to make appointments, purchase products and just say “Hi!”
