We care deeply about the human connection with our guests and we get to make those connections through the art of hair.
One of our Core Values is “I wash Feet”. We lead with a servant's heart and we have consistent “feet washing communication” about the guests we see every week and how we can celebrate or support them beyond their hair reservation.
It’s pretty cool to see our team throwing a pizza party for a guest that joined the military or when the team hand delivers a huge goodie basket to a guest that was going to be in the hospital for a while.

Working with us starts with The Academy. We’ve developed a progressive, hands-on program that provides complimentary, extensive education to new stylists as well as seasoned artists that are joining our team.
